Short Sales & Foreclosures

It is almost April and I am seeing a large increase of investor activity in the short sale and bank foreclosure markets. Investor confidence in the real estate market is really starting to pick up as they look to take advantage of under valued properties before the economy starts to pick up positive momentum.  Just last week a short sale home in Elmhurst had 10 offers!
